Rosehip (the "Bot") collects the minimum amount of data required to maintain game state and provide features. This data includes:

• User Identifiers: Discord User IDs and Usernames.
• Economy Stats: "Petal" balances and Character/Tank inventories.
• Gameplay Metadata: Timestamps for /daily claims, cooldowns, and server provenance links (to track where items were caught).
• User Notes: Ephemeral or administrative context to enhance AI-driven character interactions, which users can view and request to be deleted at any time.

2. DATA USAGE

Your data is used strictly for the following:

• Maintaining your global inventory and progress across different Discord servers.
• Processing AI character interactions. Text inputs from chat are used only to generate the immediate response and are not stored permanently.
• Enforcing game rules and preventing spam or bot-farming.

3. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE

We do not share, sell, or distribute your data. AI requests are processed through private API endpoints.

No user data or conversation history is shared with external third parties for marketing or training purposes.

4. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

All data is stored in a secure, local database managed by the Developer. We implement reasonable security protocols to prevent unauthorized access to User IDs and inventories.

5. YOUR RIGHTS & DATA DELETION

You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time.

• Process: Contact the Developer via the methods below to request a profile wipe.
• Result: This will permanently delete your balance, inventory, and notes. This action cannot be undone.
