Setting Up

Welcome to Rosehip! Getting her started on your Discord server is a breeze and requires just a single administration command to unlock all features including character spawning, game economy, and AI chat integrations.

The Setup Command

/gupdex [channel]

Run this command in any channel. It sets up character spawns in your designated channel. If no channel is passed, it defaults to the current channel. Under the hood, this enables server message tracking, initializes automated spawning loops, and automatically activates the AI Chat features.

Requirements: Server Administrator permission, Server Owner, or Bot Administrator.

Character Spawning

Rosehip's most exciting core gameplay is the automatic spawning and capturing of your favorite Girls und Panzer cards. Spawns occur dynamically and require active user participation to trigger.

Spawn Mechanics

When a character spawns, she will send a gorgeous embed detailing that an uncaught character has arrived! To catch her, any user can type the character's name in chat (e.g. Miho or Nishizumi Miho). Rosehip normalizes spaces, case, and special punctuation automatically to ensure catching is fun and fair.

Card Categories & Rarity

There are multiple card types that have different visual frameworks, values, and drop probabilities:

  • Normal Characters: Core Girls und Panzer characters representing all leading schools.
  • Special/Event Characters: Limited-time events cards carrying a _s(N) suffix. They are highly active during thematic events.
  • Tanks: Combat vehicles directly from the anime series.
  • School Ships: Massively scale school transport carriers.
  • Birthday variants: Cards spawning exclusively on their corresponding character birthdays.
  • Signed Cards: The ultimate premium flex — ultra-rare, high-value visual signatures.

Gambling Rules & Risk

Betting petals involves high-risk simulations. Both games require manual confirmation of terms:

Payout: 70% lose, 20% win 2x, 8% win 3x, 2% win 5x.

Payout: 70% win 1.5x, 30% lose 50% of your entire bank balance!

AI Chat & Action Tags

Rosehip is backed by a highly dynamic AI Persona model running on Grok 4.3 (openai/gpt-5.5). She is characterized as chaotic, blunt, highly active, and completely unhinged, uses "desu wa!" frequently, and rates how much she likes you (likeability score: 0–100%).

Conversing & Image Vision

You can trigger conversation with Rosehip in AI-enabled servers by mentioning her or replying directly to her messages. You can also upload images, and Rosehip will utilize modern AI Vision powered by Grok 4.3 (openai/gpt-5.5) to see, analyze, and describe your images in character!

Personalized AI Models

You can use the /settings command to completely customize which AI models power your chat and image experience! The picker features an array of dynamic engines including Google's Gemini-3.1 series, Anthropic's Claude-4.5 series, DeepSeek's v4 series, and Xiaomi's Mimo series. You must complete your model preference settings before you can start conversing!

Rosehip's AI Action Tags

During conversation, Rosehip can run dynamic code under-the-hood. When she generates these tags in her replies, the bot intercepts them and performs actions:

Fetches fan art matches matching tags automatically from Safebooru and appends the images to her response.

Generates standard or edited custom images using gemini-3.1-flash-image models mid-chat when asked to draw.

Triggers external web searches to retrieve dynamic real-time information when queried about unknown real-world facts.

[LIKEABILITY: user_id|+/-X] Memory Modification

Dynamically alters her persistent likeability rating towards you depending on how helpful, friendly, or chaotic you are.

[USER_NOTE: user_id|fact] Permanent memory

Records a permanent fact about you inside her database memory, building a persistent personal relationship over time.

Privacy & Data

We take user privacy and security exceptionally seriously. Rosehip collects minimal data required exclusively to deliver active gameplay elements and session authentication.

AI Context Opt-Out

/hide_me

If you do not want your messages to be utilized for AI contextual learning, run `/hide_me`. This completely opts you out of all AI features permanently. Note: This choice is permanent and irreversible.
