1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By adding Rosehip (the "Bot") to a server or interacting with its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the Bot and its associated features.

2. VIRTUAL ECONOMY & ASSETS

The Bot features a virtual economy involving "Petals" and collectible assets (Characters/Tanks).

• No Monetary Value: All virtual currency and items have zero real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services outside of the Bot.
• Ownership: You are granted a limited license to use these virtual assets. The Developer reserves the right to modify, reset, or delete balances and inventories for maintenance, balancing, or bug fixes.

3. SIMULATED GAMBLING

The Bot includes entertainment features that simulate gambling (e.g., /slots, /russian_roulette).

• These games are for entertainment purposes only.
• No real money is ever involved.
• By using these features, you acknowledge the risk of losing your virtual "Petal" balance.

4. USER CONDUCT

Users are prohibited from:

• Exploiting bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage in the economy.
• Using the Bot to harass others or violate Discord’s Community Guidelines.
• Attempting to disrupt the Bot’s hosting or API services.

5. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Bot is provided "as is." The Developer is not responsible for data loss or any perceived "damages" resulting from the use of this free entertainment service.
