TERMS OF SERVICE: ROSEHIP BOT

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & DISCORD TOS COMPLIANCE
By adding Rosehip (the "Bot") to a server, running slash commands, or accessing the Rosehip web platform (`rosehip.lupc.xyz`), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You also confirm full compliance with the official Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines.
2. VIRTUAL ECONOMY & ASSET RULES
The Bot features a virtual economy involving "Petals" (GUP Coins) and collectible assets (Characters/Tanks/Ships/Skins):
- No Monetary Value: All virtual currency, gacha characters, and items have zero real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or bartered for real money, goods, or services outside of the Bot.
- Limited Usage License: You are granted a non-transferable, revocable license to use these digital assets solely for personal entertainment within Rosehip.
- Peer-to-Peer Trading: Trades via
/trade support up to 5 items + Petals per trade. Signed 🌟 tier characters are strictly non-transferable ("Blimey! You can't trade Signed characters desu wa! Those are sacred!").
- Economy Balancing: The Developer reserves the right to modify drop probabilities, prices, item rarities, and user balances to repair bugs, correct duplication exploits, or rebalance gameplay.
3. SIMULATED GAMBLING & EXPLICIT GACHA ODDS
The Bot includes entertainment features and Supply Crates operating on pseudo-random number generators (PRNG). No real money is involved or permitted. Exact crate probabilities configured in system data:
• Bronze Crate (80 Petals): 94.97% Normal | 5.03% Special
• Silver Crate (240 Petals): 84.95% Normal | 15.05% Special
• Gold Crate (800 Petals): 75.20% Normal | 24.80% Special
• Emerald Crate (100,000 Petals): 70.25% Normal | 29.50% Special | 0.25% Signed 🌟
• Platinum Crate (1,000,000 Petals): 11.25% Normal | 87.50% Special | 1.25% Signed 🌟
• Diamond Crate (2,000,000 Petals): 97.295% Normal | 0.205% Special | 2.50% Signed 🌟
4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT & ANTI-EXPLOIT POLICY
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Exploiting software bugs, race conditions, or duplication glitches to artificially gain Petals or items.
- Operating automated macro self-bots or multi-account farming setups to bypass claim cooldowns.
- Using the Bot's AI chat systems to generate illegal, harassing, or malicious content.
- Attempting to disrupt host infrastructure, manipulate web OAuth tokens, or tamper with dashboard API routes.
5. CREATOR PROGRAM & ROYALTIES
Users participating in the Rosehip Creator Program consent to the following terms:
- Creators warrant that all submitted character artwork, skins, or custom badges are original creations or properly licensed fan art.
- By submitting artwork, creators grant Rosehip a non-exclusive license to render and distribute the asset in-game and on the web dashboard.
- Petal/GUP Coin royalty payouts are calculated based on community crate unboxings and subject to administrative approval.
6. ACCOUNT TERMINATION & DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension, blacklist from the Bot, and forfeiture of all virtual inventories. The Bot and web dashboard are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
